NYC Teachers, Anyone in ATR HELL?

Its not even Thanksgiving and I am ready to lose my mind! This rotating weekly is taking its toll. I know this is what the DOE wants and I don't want to cave but this is HELL! I'm a Kindergarten Teacher and have been to 3 Intermediate schools already. Its SO ridiculous! Every payroll secretary says something else, etc. I HATE IT! I'm MISERABLE.

DH is exactly in your shoes....after 10 years in an elementary school he's been in 4 middle schools now.
The only thing he doesn't hate about it is that he leaves at 3 on the dot and doesn't come home to spend hours doing work.
