Hi... I am new here

Hi everyone... I just found out today that I have had a chemical pregnancy . I am pretty upset about this. Has anyone gone thru this and gone on to a successful pregnancy? The dr said to wait two months to Ttc. Tia!!

I'm sorry. My doc told me to wait two cycles to start TTC again but I lost my pg. at 8 weeks. No matter what, a loss is a loss and it can be very painful.

I am so sorry for your loss Chat Icon I did not have a chemical but I did have a natural MC at 6-7weeks. Dr. told me to wait 3 cycles. I waited 2 and got pregnant on my 3rd. I am now 18 weeks along and everything is going well so far. It will take time but it will happen againChat Icon

Re: Hi... I am new here

thank you so much everyone. I am glad this board is here and I have all of you for supportChat Icon Can I ask what the difference is between the chemical and the miscarriage at 6-8 weeks? Is it because there was a heartbeat? I am so confused with all of this...I never thought this would happen to me. Thank you all for all of your support.

A Chemical pregnancy is a very early miscarriage. Woman learn they are pregnant before their period is due and miscarry. No difference just weeks gestation.

Im not sure about it being about the heartbeat but I do know a chemical is when you bleed around the time of your period after of course getting a positive test...from what Ive read its the most common type of MC since a lot of women have chemicals and dont even realize it..they just assume its their period coming.

this, and to just add something... a CP would be before a heart beat is established.
