Very upset..
I am upset...I made an appt for Casey to go to Petsmart on Saturday. When I looked up the info I saw the shake a paw website and of course I went to look. There is a 6 month old golden (male) who still hasn't been adopted. That is SO bad for him, he is not going to be potty trained at all and he gets no exercise. I called a golden rescue and left a message. 
ETA the lady called me back..nothing they can do bc it is a pet store....i feel like going and buying him!

i dont consider it "adopting" when you buy from a petshop and support puppymills.

what is sadder is all those 6 months old+ dogs in shelters who have 3-7 days time to get adopted or they get put to sleep

precisely why pet stores/puppy stores should all be closed down and it should be illegal. These poor animals live a life of lonliness and sadness. It's beyond cruel. That's why no one should buy from these pet stores...it just keeps these places running...

I know it is hard to do this, but I agree 100% if you buy one dog, there will be 3 more bred in a PM to replace it....
