State test maker fired
Anyone hear this? The test maker for this years ELA and Math. Apparently he embedded field test questions in the actual test and ended up making the tests extremely long. My fifth grade students are sitting for two hours and 20 minutes Friday and Monday to take the practice test. Insane!

Just think about the kids with IEPs that get time and a half.

or double time When is someone going to "think" about the kids? Also, I heard the test has to be administered to 3, 4, 5 in two days....how is there possibly going to be enough coverage for all the scribes, separate locations (there are MANY in my school). I hope this changes
