Pilates
My DH went to a pilates seminar and said it looks really good for woman. I'd love to try it. Does anyone know of any classes in the Commack/Smithtown area????? TIA

I took a GREAT Pilates reformer class at NY sports club but you have to be a member and then you pay extra for this specific class.

Can't help with respect to the classes but I have the Denise Austin Dvd and LOVE IT. It really has made a difference in my body. I feel like I look different the day after I do it  She is a bit annoying but I tried a few and like hers best for sure. Good luck
