I can't stop EATING
I don't know what's wrong with me, but I'm eating like crazy...no i'm not preggo, just love food. Also, I notice that if I loose a couple of pounds that I go on a crazy binge and eat everything in sight. I just don't get myself. I truly have to stop and do something. I had to go shopping for bigger clothes because I gained like 20lbs from last year and now these clothes are starting to get tight. I'm so DISGUSTED with myself. I've done WW a thousand times and never stick with it. I really need to eat less and move more...that's really the key to weight loss...so I know what to do, but I just can't bring myself to do. Sorry, but I just needed to vent

I can completely relate...I was the same way too.
I finally got soooo tired of hearing myself complain (5 years)...not to mention looking at pictures of myself made me SICK!
I hate to even look at my wedding pictures because I was 40lbs over weight in them... I couldn't and wouldn't even do it for that...
Finally...I woke up and realized I wasn't getting any younger or skinnier, so I had to do it now, not only for my physical health, but my emotional & mental health too.
You have to really want it to be successful.
