annual raise percentages? poll
what are yours, generally? on average, if you had to think about the past 4 years......what have you been getting annually?
has it gotten higher? lower? the same?

I am my own boss, so I don't get raises.. LOL. but I know my DH's is between 2-3%- usually in betwixt

we are a government contractor so our average % is determined by our government auditors. It is usually around 3.5%.
Some people can get more or less depending on their reviews but the company average can not be more than the rate we were given.

That number is pretty much given across the board. Some people can get more or less depending on their reviews but the company average can not be more than the rate we were given.
I answered the poll based on the company %.
For me personally, I average out to a little more than 5%/yr
