Kickboxing
Hello All,
I really want to take a kickboxing class (not with a gym membership). Anyone rec a place they like?

I love CKO in Copaigue. They have memberships or you can pay by class. All they do is kickboxing. I can't wait to go back after I have my baby. It's addicting

They have a few different packages. It depends on of you pay up front or pay by the month. I honestly don't remember the rates cause I joined years ago

I live out east but recently joined LA Boxing in Commack with a friend. They have tons of classes all week...kickboxing, boxing, MMA and have a gym area in the lower level. They have about 30 heavy bags so you each get a bag for class...i love it...did Tae Kwon Do for years but it's a great workout!
