My company is offering this free in the New Year so I def want to take advantage.

My goal is to loose 10 pounds.

I think I eat a healthy diet now but I don't exercise regularly enough + desserts + alcohols are my big issues.

What can I expect? Any tips for a newbie?

Do you think 6-8 pounds is realistic for 2 months - we are going away and need to be bathing suit ready!
