WW WI question...
I WI on Monday nights. I was thinking of switching my WI to Wednesday nights. I only use half of my Flex points every week, but when I do use them majority of them are used on Saturday and Sunday. I thought maybe if I had WI on Wed. instead of Mon. I'd have more time to work off some of the food off from Sunday and that would help with my WI. I do use my Flex points on high point meals. I only do it once a week. Do you think it would be better to change it or not? This way it's not sitting in my belly, and if I had anything salty I would have time to work it off. On weekdays I do eat pretty good. It's just the weekends are harder for me to since I'm running around with the baby. Any thoughts?

i'm like you, i eat most of my flex points on the weekend (fri, sat, sun). therefore i do my weigh-in on friday morning, so that i am weighing in as far as possible from my over-eating days. i'm not sure that it's made any difference in my overall progress, but it makes me feel better. try switching it for a few weeks and if you don't like it you can always switch back.

Actually, from what I have heard, it shouldn't matter when you go to a meeting, if you go the same day every week, as much as possible... so even if your weight is a little up from a weekend of eating, your weight will always be a little up each week. In the long term, you'll be weighing yourself on a regular basis so you should still be getting an accurate measure of how much you're losing every week, even if your weight is different between monday and wednesday.
Now, having said all that, I always go in the mornings, because I know I am lighter in the beginning of the day
