has anyone had a 504 for their child?
Please fm if you don't want to post publically.
Im looking for what I should ask for:
Counseling?
Nurse/bathroom breaks?
Ais/extra help
Anything I'm missing?

My son had a 1v1 aide
Extra time on tests when needed
Separate testing location if needed
A scribe if needed
1v1 counseling
Group social skills counseling
Modified homework

I have no experience as a parent, only as a teacher.
I say ask for eveything you think may be beneficial. It's easier to have and not need than need and not have.
In addition to what you mentioned, the following have been helpful for children in my school...
An abbreviated day for the first few days back at school
Constant access to water
extra snacks
assistance in carrying backpack or personal items
ability to decide on a day to day basis whether to participate in PE or not
Good luck. I hope the transition back to school is easy and successful!

Only have experience as a teacher. But I would ask for extended time as necessary, copies of class notes as well as free access to nurse, drinks and snacks as needed.
