Does anyone's dog do this???

We recently discovered that Ozzie LOVES to be under a blanket...and when I say under I mean UNDER - full body and head totally curled up hiding under covers. We saw it the first time while visiting my family last week - my sister was curled up on the sofa with a blanket, she lifted it to adjust and he crawled under fully and wouldn't come out for a while...he fell asleep under there! He has since done it a few more times, tries to crawl under the covers on the sofa or jumps up in bed and burrows under. It's adorable and so sweet but I'm just a bit concerned that he isn't going to be able to breathe under there after an hour! He doesn't do it in his crate at night, so mostly it's on the sofa watching TV...thoughts? Anyone ever had this happen?

My dogs do this. Sometimes they stay for hours, other times they pop out clearly needing some air. I think instinct takes over but yes, we would always worry about them not getting air since they would go to the bottom of the bed by our feet under teh covers. So far, they are both just fine. LOL

My dog doesn't like to be under the covers, but she does like to bury her nose in things while she sleeps. Like if she's cuddling next to me on the couch, she'll stick her nose under my leg or between the couch cushions. And I mean she really gets IN there! I've heard her snorting to get breath and it's scared me, too. But so far she's been fine, too!

When my dog slept in the bed w/us she preferred to be under the covers. She would work it so just her nose was sticking out.

My dog doesn't do this but my cat does! Will even crawl under the covers after we make the bed.
