She is back at the shelter

I am heartbroken, so is DH and DD. Last night DD was up all night coughing non stop for an hour or so, so we decided that was it, time to take the kitty back , even if everything our doctors advised us to do (purifiers, cleaning, frequent hand washing, allerpet and so on) worked we just can't risk it .... I have been crying all day , my eyes hurt, brought her back to bobbi and the strays this morning and had a meltdown in front of everyone
I just can't even deal, I never thought it would be so hard! We only had her for 2 weeks and I'm a mess, thankfully DD seems to be getting over it a bit quicker then I am .
I think bringing her back also brought back everything I was going through after my mc couple of months ago and everything combined is just devastating to me.

If anyone you know is looking to adopt a cat please do consider Sue, she is a year old and the sweetest cat ever! She is so friendly and so cute !
I have few friends who were kind of interested but they can't make up their minds about it

She is beautiful. Looks like my first cat when I was 3. It saddens me greatly that my DH is severely allergic and I will never be able to own a cat (or shedding dog) again. I will she gets adopted soon.

It is amzaing how quicly a little fur ball can touch our hearts forever. I only had Sushi (we got her right after my m/c too) for four days when I found out she could have a potentially life threatening disease. While it is hard, I am sure you made the right decision for your family

I am sorry to hear that it didn't work out but I do think you did the right thing. I've heard good thigns about that shelter and I will send some good thoughts out into the universe that she will be adopted quickly and by a loving and caring individual.
