WW Point Question for a newbie.......
The girls in my office are thinking of joining WW and doing alittle competition in the office of who can lose the most weight. Some have done WW before so they know the points and info, I have not. I am thinking of joining online. I have the info on calculating how many points to have in 1 day but how do you spread them out? I would assume snacks should be 2-3pt each but where do you use the bulk of your points? Any help/advice you have would be great...... Thanks!!

I have a small breakfast, AM snack, lunch, PM snack, dinner, and dessert.
I save bulk of my points for dinner. If I don't have the points for dessert, then, I just skip it. I try my best to eat small "meals" thru the day.

It depends on the person! I eat pretty much all day long. I have 5-6 small meals a day and pretty much divide up the points equally.

So far (fellow newbie here) I have been using the most at dinner, and keeping breakfast/lunch under 10.
I try to limit snacks to 1-2 points per day - I am eating a lot of whole fruit (0) and veggies (0). I tend to enjoy having full meals more than small ones, so this is working for me.
I have been trying to save up my weekly points (not all but most) for weekends when I know we will go out to eat, glass of wine, etc.
