Chicken with Creamy Chive Sauce
I've been stalking this girl's blog all week 
I made this for lunch this afternoon and I really liked it! It's healthy and low cal. I served it with quinoa instead of the mash, and I used Dijon mustard mixed with whole grain mustard (1/2 Tbsp each). Thought I'd pass it along:
