insanity: fast and furious
the whole entire insanity system is pretty expensive, but i found the insanity fast and furious on amazon for only $23. anyone try it? is it worth it?

When you say expensive, what exactly is expensive. Just a suggestion, figure out the results you want and then is it really expensive. If you can run faster, feel better, look better, how much does that cost.
Insanity is only 60 days. It's a great program and you will get in great shape. My favorite is P90X and now I am doing P90X2.
