How do you request a specific Eval from CPSE?

How do you request a specific Eval from CPSE?
DS is not getting a Psych eval as part of his annual CPSE testing...he has not had one in about 3 yrs ( since he started with EI).
Do I call the district and request it? Over the phone? ( do they take request over phone or set up meeting? )
OR...we have our annual review March 8th. Do I wait and request it then if I dont get services needed/wanted?

If it has been 3 years then he is due for a triannual....he should have an updated psych.

his request for permission form did not have anything listed psych wise.
I also would liek to have an outside evaluator and not the school district.

only problem is that the school may not pay for it if you are going to go outside. Sometimes they will , and sometimes they dont depending.
I would call the school and express your concerns.

oh....I was told the district had to pay for an eval if requested and I could request it be by anyone.
I left a message at the district office before. Waiting for their callback.

My SD does their own evals. They won't do anywhere else. So they may not agree to do it.
You can but out of your own pocket and they won't let you use your own evals if they do their own.
I am surprised they are not doing another eval. Our SD sent us a letter than they will. He will be turning 5 in June. They said the State is pushing for evals to cut services.
