kickboxing gyms. (NOT i love kickboxing)

Does anyone know of any in Suffolk County that doesn't cost and arm and leg to join???

I love the I Love Kickboxing Gym but its pricey... so Im looking into an alternative.

I go to CKO in Copaigue. I haven't been in a while but as soon as get clearance from my pregnancy I will be back. Love the instructors/owners and the classes are always a challenge.

I recently started kickboxing (did Tae Kwon Do for 8 yrs before that). Joined LA Boxing in Commack with a friend who lives in Smithtown (i live out east but drive in).
They have tons of classes every day because all they do is Kickboxing, Boxing & MMA classes. (I've taken all 3 and love all of them) They have about 30 heavy bags that hang in the studio so you each get your own bag for class which is an hour long.

They offer free trial classes & pricing is reasonable. They offer law enforcement/fire discounts as well.

I go to Chris Gates Tae Kwon Do and in Greenlawn and I do Cardio Kickboxing. I've been going there for about 10 1/2 years now and I LOVE it. The instructors are great. They have one morning class everyday (M - F - 9:30 a.m.) and one evening class everyday (M & W - 7:30 and Tue - Th - 8:30 p.m.) Sat - 7:45 a.m. and Sun - 9:30. It's great energy. Each instructor is different but all great.

I pay one price for the month. Since I've been going for so long, I may have the grandfathered rate - I'm not sure how much it is now per month.
