I was craving fried pickle chips, so guess what i made?

BAKED pickle chips. With a tiny bit of ranch dressing on the side..about 2-3 points for a serving and they were AWESOME.

Sure!!

I bought a jar of dill pickle chips. Beat an egg in one bowl, measured out 1/4 cup plain breadcrumbs in another bowl.

Dip the chips in the egg then the breadcrumbs (coat both sides).

Place the prepared pickle chips on a baking sheet that is covered with aluminum foil. Spray the foil with cooking spray so they don't stick.

I actually broiled them. I put them on the rack that is one step down from top rack so they didn't burn...it was about 4 minutes on each side, give or take....i just took them out when both sides had browned.

Serve with a little lite ranch dressing on the side. SO GOOD. It prob made 15 chips for all of 150 calories or so??
