Prayers needed. My dad has lung cancer. UPDATE 5/21
Just found out my dad has lung cancer. The docs are discussing his treatment options right now, surgery is one of them. Not sure if he will survive the surgery because of his poor health--he already has so many things wrong with him.
I'm so sad.
Please send a few prayers our way.
UPDATE:
My dad had radiation in the end of Feb/early March, and then went into kidney failure and nearly died at the end of March. He miraculously recovered after two weeks in the hospital!!
Tomorrow is his CT scan that will show if the radiation worked. Not sure if there are other options for him if it didn't work.

We got some good news-- the tumor isn't gone, but it is shrinking and the doctor was VERY pleased with the results!!!
Now it is just a waiting game... he has to go back every three months for at least a year to check on his progress, but the doc was optimistic that it would shrink more or just stop growing and stay how it is now!
