another peapod ?
i am sorry for all the questions. Ive never used it before but think it would make my life easier with a one month old and 2 year old.
so heres my ? if i get lets say ice cream, by the time it gets to me is it still frozen?

Yep! Everything that is supposed to be frozen will arrive frozen. They use dry ice I believe.
I found that out because they accidentally left it in the grocery bag...I reached in, thought I was grabbing food, and I grabbed the dry ice bag...ouch!!

melting not an issue, but never get produce through them... they pick fruit that looks like its been run over by a truck a few times

yea I had a few problems with produce too. I got a moldy onion once and crappy looking pieces of fruit

I've never had an issue wit my fruit either.
Me either...BUT last time we used them, we ordered a crown of broccoli and they gave us one tiny little stalk of broccoli Like enough for one bite. DH was unpacking the food and was like WTF is this?! Their customer service is really good though and if you call and complain, they'll credit your card for the amount of the item that was damaged or wrong.
