Well that felt good! Update!!!!
I somehow lost 6lbs of water weight over night! I hopped back on the scale to make sure it wasn't a fluke and got the same number. Yay! Also my body fat went down by 1%.
The only things I did different yesterday were upping my water intake (which also showed on the scale by going up 2%) and increasing my protein intake by 5%. My calories came from 50% carbs 29%protein and 21% fats.
Now I'm scared to change anything! Lol
Update: Thankyou to whoever said to stick with it after increasing your calories, eventually the weight would start falling off. They were right! After eating around 1200 calories for 5+ years, I finally realized i was not eating nearly enough. I've increased my calories to 1600-1800 and sometimes up to 2200 and have felt great! I have so much more energy, my runs are getting faster, and now after 3 weeks, the weight is literally falling off.
I am down another 1.1lbs this morning with a decrease of 1.2% body fat! I'm so happy!!!!

Re: Well that felt good!
What kind of scale are you using? It sounds like a good one!
I'm looking for a new one but it drives me nuts when you step on a digital one and then off and on and the number changes drastically. I try to stick to the one at my gym for this reason but I'm not usually there first thing in the morning!

Do you mean 6 lbs from weighing yourself in the evening? Or 6 lbs from yesterday's morning weight?

I do! It gave me extra motivation for my run today, even crashing through the 10min/mile mark for one of my miles.
BTW, thanks so much for the tips! I increased my protein intake an extra 5% from yesterday and am now up to 34%.
Oh and the oatmeal w/protein powder and almond milk? YUMMMM!!!!
