Do I have to...
Run on the treadmill/elliptical if I do a series of calisthenics? I've started doing 10-15 minutes of a series of pushups, crunches, jumping jacks, leg lifts and squats.
Do/Should I still use the treadmill/elliptical? It would be for the same amount of time, possibly a little bit longer.
