Getting back into working out after being sick?
I had a stomach bug this weekend, I'm feeling better today but still a bit weak and definitely not 100%. What would you recommend in terms of getting back into my workout routine? Wait another day? Do something low impact today? I really don't want to miss another day but also don't want to push too hard. Thoughts?

I'd do something low impact today, just so you are getting back into the swing of things.

If you feel up to doing something, definitely do something low impact. Maybe just walk on a slight incline or low resistance on the elliptical. Hope you feel better doon!
