New to WW
Hello. So I have jumped on the ww train. I weighed in today for the first time and was disgusted with myself. I did ww a few years ago and home some success. I've since gained the weight back plus some friends
I have a lot to loose so I have a lot of points a day to eat...36 to be exact
Please post some of your favorite lunches, snacks amd dinners. I'm looking for some healthy choices that also are not super low in points. No fruits/veggies/yogurt please I know they are "free" and already eat these everyday. Also tryin to find some lower carb choices

Re: New to WW
I love the Weight Watchers smoothies. I get the mix from the centers and make it with fat free milk. If you want to use more points you can always use 2%. For breakfast I like shredded wheat cereal w/ fat free milk. For lunch I usually have a light english muffin with everroast chicken breast and ff mozzrella. I also like bulgur wheat or quiona with grilled chicken and veggies. dinner changes. I have been using my crockpot a lot and also enjoy skinny taste.

Re: New to WW
I buy a big bag of frozen shrimp already cooked and defrost a serving in the morning to bring for lunch with a side salad or veggies. 5 jumbo shrimp are like 1 or 2 points.
