how to lose water weight
Anyone of any suggestions for losing water weight quickly? I feel very very bloated. I've gained weight for no reason recently. I started exercising again, and started watching what I eat again (to lose my holiday weight gain), but I keep gaining weight instead of losing weight. Now I need to lose at least 25 lbs :( I'm looking for a way to lose some of the water weight that I think may be the cause of my most recent weight gain. I don't add salt to food, so I'm not sure what it could be.

I agree with Beth....up your water intake. I also add dandelion root tea with a few slices of ginger to my diet....its a natural diuretic....but....with drinking this you have to also drink more water. (I typically drink around a gallon a day)

I find that you gain water weight when you start exercising after having not done so for awhile. Your muscles hold on to water. That should go away after your body gets used to it.
Also I would check the sodium in your food, not just what you add. If you eat a lot of processed items the sodium will be high - I would try to eat more whole, unprocessed foods.

I take Dandelion root suppliments the tea is awful.
