I need a one syllable Italian boys middle name Middle names for boys are harder than the first name!

The first name is Joseph. I'm making it too hard for myself...we don't like a "J" middle name because we don't want him to be nicknamed JJ - it doesn't haaaaaaave to be Italian sounding...

OK, I have my baby names book out.
It has lots of Italian boys names, but they are ALL at least 2 syllables.
Teo, Marco, Paolo,etc...
I went through all of them & there aren'ty any one syllables listed.

What about Paul? In italian it would be Paolo. I am italian and a few family members have Paul as their middle name.

I like Paul....I'm biased though. It was my grandpa's name and we plan on naming our son that as well.
Joseph Paul sounds nice!
