MoMs of two+ kids...
How do you go food shopping with the twins or more? DS is 2+ and I am starting to freak out about how I will be able to get anything done when DH is at work...
What did you do?

It was really hard. You really can't food shop with the kids when the are small. My mom and dad (who are old and really not in the best of health) would come over for an hour or my sister would watch the kids.
Now I get as much done as possible when they are in preschool.
If you don't have anyone to help you then I would probably hire someone or use peapod for food shopping.

I don't have 3 and I am not sure what double stroller you will have but I am able to push my citi mini with one hand. So I would put your older DC and one baby in the stroller and one baby in an ergo or bijorn and push the stroller and pull the shopping cart. It would be tough but not impossible.
I go food shopping all the time with the twins and the store doesn't have a wagon with 2 seats so I push my stroller and pull the wagon. Its not so bad.

Stop & shop has double seated carts with the car attached to the front... So that can seat 4 kids. Works for me!

Also, after the boys were first born, I'd bring the double snap and go and also carry a basket. I'd also throw some items in the basket under the stroller.
Not ideal....but I was able to manage.

Whatever fits in my basket under the stroller and one attached to handle is it. It works for us bc I like to only buy what I am eating for that day or maybe two. I don't like freezing meat. We do BJ trips together so DH uses the cart and I push them

Twins are in the top (can fit two) and DS who was 2 when the twins were born was in the cart. I didn't get too much at BJs. If I needed more, then DS had to walk.

Tricky. In Stop And Shop the girls would be in the double snap n go and DS would go in the shopping cart. I would push the stroller and pull the shopping cart behind me.
Now the girls are in the side by side stroller. So it's the same concept just I am pushing the side by side instead of the Snap N Go.
It is a royal PITA. So I only do that when I absolutely have to get out for a few things. Otherwise I try to go when DH is home.
