New Restaurant Jewl by Tom Schaudel
Just wanted to say I had a great experience here this past friday and I have to say it is gorgeous inside and out, its in a new building off Rt 110 just south of the LIE
The decor is amazing, and the food outstanding you could see the chef through the glass wall kitchen checking every dish, the service was excellent.
I really hope it does well cause it looks like they invested a TON of money into it.

ITA! We went there a few weeks ago, the place is absolutely gorgeous and the food is great! I love the glass kitchen....Tom Schaudel himself was there the night we went, preparing food.

Yes jeans are fine, with a dressy top and shoes
Yes Tom was there too prepping all the food coming out!
Desserts were great too!
