Getting excited
Hi again :)
A few weeks ago, I posted that I was freaking out about learning we are pg with twins. I think I've finally been able to get my head around it and understand that this is truly a blessing!
First I want to thank everyone for your posts and FM's because they were extrememly helpful.
Looking back, I know my reaction was a mix of hormones and anxiety. Finally, Im starting to think clearly (and feel a little better). The first trimester is no joke!
I just want to say Im really excited to be joining the elite group of MoMs. I love these little ones already :)

It really is. I always tell DH that I would feel bad for the next one if they DIDN'T have a twin.
It is A LOT of work, but sooooooooooooo much joy !!

Haha...welcome! It's definitely crazy! I'm not gonna lie. I cried a lot in the beginning--hormonal changes . I was super happy, over terrified, exhausted, and then when I wasn't super happy I worried what was wrong with me? Gotta love all these emotions
Being a MoM is really special. Everytime we take our boys out, at least one person stops us to ask if they are twins and then chats our ear off. DH says we're gonna have to start leaving an extra hour early just to be able to walk through a store.

The range of emotions has been completely rediculous and inconvenient lol

What does ob do at the 10 week? I don't have another appt until 11.5 weeks (details in my other post) & I'm starting to freak out a little!

i dont think anything specific. I think its just a coincidence that we both have an appt at 10 weeks. He said hes going to take a ton of bloodwork.

Cool, thanks. I spoke to my RE & he said to get in earlier so I was able to move my appt up to Tues. Feeling more relieved.

just had my 10 week.. weight, urine and blood pressure... doc felt my stomach and i got a sono...
we saw the babies - they are actually in 2 diff sacs (they thought they were in 1 sac, but its much more defined now) so we are excited about that..
going for 12 week in 2 weeks: blood work, sono and checkup..
