Shout out for PB2!
I finally tried this and LOVE IT! For those who aren't familiar, it's basically peanut powder -- all natural (ingredients are roasted peanuts, sugar and salt). Mix 2 tablespoons with 1 tablespoon of water and spread on a slice of Nature's Own Double Fiber Wheat bread and you'll have a satisfying, 2 point snack!

I love it too! And you can make it whatever consistency you want. For a dessert, its awesome sprinkled on icecream...love it!!
