Intro and nutrition question.
Hi ladies,
I'm new to the board. We are expecting twins in Oct.
I was wondering if anyone saw a nutritionist during pregnancy. I'm trying to really eat right and control weight gain. I know my Dr will be on me about it since I'm already overweight. I know I don't ned to add calories in the first tri so I'm really trying not to. Nerves are making this hard :(
Thanks!

Re: Intro and nutrition question.
Welcome and congrats!
I also started out my twin pregnancy over weight. And without even trying I kept my weight gain down to 25lbs (I delivered the girls at 37w2d).
I had a semi active lifestyle since I was/am a SAHM and at the time my DS was only 2.
