New York Style Cheesecake

Help! I need a yummy NY Style Cheesecake recipe.....my mom just put me in charge of making one for Palm Sunday (i don't like italian cheesecake).

i always use this one its really rich but soo good and easy

Graham Cracker Crumbs Crust:
1 1/4 c graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
5 TB butter, melted

press into the bottom of a 10" spring form pan

4 packs cream cheese room temp
2 containers sour cream
2 tsp vanilla
6 eggs
2 cups sugar
2 tablespoons of flour

preheat oven to 375
beat cream cheese and sugar
add eggs one at a time mixing after each addition
add vanilla mix
add sour cream mix
add 2 tablespoons of flour till incorporated
pour into pan and bake for 45 min
shut oven and leave cake in closed oven for 1 hour
after its completely cool put in the fridge
