spotting night before d &c what to do?
I just started spotting and I have a d&c scheduled for tomorrow. I wondering if I can do it naturally will the bleeding last days? or maybe I should just have the d&c and get it over with.
Any advice or previous experiences ?
I will call the doc in the morning procedure is at 11

How heavy is the bleeding? I had some bleeding a few days before my D&C but I didn't miscarry on my own and still needed the D&C. I'd wait and see if you do have a substantial amount of bleeding and call the dr in the morning if you think you passed everything on your own. They'll probably want to do a sonogram just to make sure

I started miscarrying December 21st. On Monday, my beta was finally down to 4. I've been following it weekly. If you can be patient, you can wait it out ... but if you do go for the d&c stress that it should be a "gentle d&c". Mine wasn't. (form previous cycles)

With my natural miscarriages, the spotting started two days before I started bleeding and miscarried. Depending on how far along you were, if it is early, if it were me, I would put the D&C off and try to miscarry naturally.

you can ask your doc......but i would do the procedure only because i ahve heard of alot of women needing it anyways bc they didnt mc all the tissue and got infections.
its up to you and how you feel. if you want testing you have to have the procedure i think...
