If you were writing a recipe book what is one recipe you would def include in it?

I would include things I have made on my own without using others recipes. Although i am sure others have made things very similar to how I did it. That would include my own recipe for:
thai basil fried rice
french onion soup
Guacamole
pasta with sausage, peppers, white wine and a tomato based sauce

I'm thinking chicken pot pie or my olive garden knock off of chicken gnocchi soup.
My dream cookbook would have lots of variations for a recipe.
