not losing weight-advice please!
I am 2 1/2 months postpartum and am nursing my son. I have been doing weight watchers and exercising for about a month and im not losing weight!
I am always within my point range. I eat carbs mwybe once a day. I snack on fruits and veggies only. I drink plenty of water, cut down on caffeine and have no sugar in mydrinks.
I workout six times a week forhalf an hour. I work really hard! I push myself evrry day. I have been doing level three of Jillian Michaels 30 day shred for almost 2 weeks.
I am at a loss, I havent lost a pound. My clothes dont even fit differently. Any advice/ ideas why I'm not losing?

Can you post a typical days worth of meals? Include portion sizes and measurements too if possible! Also, how tall are you?
I know what you mean by carbs only once a day and eating fruits and veggies for snacks is great but fruits and veggies ARE carbs. In fact, fruit does have a lot of sugar. It's natural sugar so way better for you than eating a cupcake or cookies but those carbs can add up if you aren't careful!
ETA: Also, i've never been pregnant but I would imagine there is still a lot of hormonal changes happening during this time too!

Breakfasts- 3 egg whites, 1-2 slices of turkey bacon or a mushroom egg white omlette once every couple of days oatmeal
Lunch 4 oz grilled chicken with1 cup steamed vrggies 5 sticks Baked eggplant stick with 1/2 cp marinara 4 oz grilled chicken over salad
Dinners I eat lots of baked fish, at least 3 times a week Grilled chicken ratatouille shredded chicken with beans All with a side of some steamed or baked veggie
Snacks 1 cup sliced cucumber, 1 cup carrots, sugar snapp peas I only eat 1/2 cup of teo fruits each day
I'm 5 ft tall. I track my calories in addition to weight watchers and I eat about 1300 per day.

Your meals look awesome! The only thing that I can think of is to maybe sub out fruit and veggies with a protein shake here or there to up your protein.

Just curious in your calorie tracker--what is the breakdown of protein/fat and carb? Sicne i don;t know how you prepare your chicken, the macros of your sauce etc I can't figure it out. SOmetimes its no the calories, but the ratios of pro/fat/carbs

Something to consider ... you may not be eating enough if you are bf. You need to consume like 300-500 extra calories for the breastfeeding. So 1300 calories may be too few for you body after you are done feeding your child. If you are eating too little weight loss doesn't always work! Also some women, myself included,didn't experience weight loss until after I stopped bf. Then without ant diet or exercise changes, I lost about 7 lbs easily.
Gl, but really try not to stress, you are only about 10 weeks pp your body is still working out all the kinks.

You're not eating enough calories since you are nursing, youFree body won't burn the excess if you don't replenish what it needs. From what I read a typical nursing mom needs at least 1800 calories/day - you could do less if you're smaller I'm sure.

Are you you using your extra WW points being a nursing Mom?
I do try to eat my extra points, but I am almost always 5-8 points under where I am supposed to be. I just cannot seem to eat enough to be at my daily points.

Try adding some healthy fats-sunflower seeds, avocado, nuts, etc.

You can do WW but you have to let them know so they give you more points. It is not the noraml amount of points based on you.....it ups the amount to add in the extra cal needed during BF.
