Yes, I would, I guess it just doesn't seem like something perishable that would spoil so quickly. If it tasted funny or had a strange consistency then I'd throw it out.

I would smell/do a small taste test. If it was ok, then yes, but I would be prepared to run out to the store to get new ones if necessary.
