silly question
if you had a belly button ring, pre-pregnancy, have you taken it out?
I took mine out when I first found out I was expecting and the hole it has left in my belly is gross! It looks like it needs to be sttitched closed
anyone else?

Same here...I took mine out and now that I'm 36 weeks PG it looks big! BUT...I'm hoping that after the baby is born it will go back to normal and maybe I can even put another in again...that is if I ever show my stomach in public again!!

I took mine out at around 20 something weeks and for the rest of my pregnancy the piercing looked gross -- all stretched out and bruised for some strange reason. But, after having the baby, it actually has gone back to pretty close to normal. I just put the ring back in today - not that I would ever show my stomach in public ever again - but I don't want to the hole to close just yet.

That's a good question! I still have mine in and I'll be 17 weeks on Thursday. My doctor said I have until my level II to take it out, I am going this weekend because my belly is busting.

I took mine out as soon as I foud out. I does look a little streched out right now. I'm hoping it doesn't start to look that bad in these next few months
