Did you switch your ob/gyn??

I'm wondering if anyone switched to an ob-gyn who specializes in multiples?

I've only seen my ob-gyn twice and started going to him because I moved to Suffolk.

I'm under the RE's care for a while longer (haven't sen my ob-gyn in a year) and I'm thinking of asking them who they would recommend.

Does anyone see a multiples ob-gyn in Suffolk?

i highly suggest switching your OBGYN to a high risk doc. I didn't and I gave birth at 29weeks..my babies are fine now but it was scary when it was happening. I felt like if i was watched more closely and monitered they would of been able to catch my early labor signs.

I stayed with my regualr OB and had a high risk Dr too. The regular OB was the dr to deliver them. I went to appointments with both Drs and the High Risk Dr oversaw everything.

I am still with my OB/GYN. I had asked in the beginning and they said let's see how things go. As it turns out where I got my Level II that is a high risk doctor, so I go there for my sonos (so for the past 6 weeks and going forward) and still see my OB.

Thanks ladies.

I'm asking my RE for recommendations for a high risk doctor today at my weekly appt.. I really feel this is the way to go as I'm over 35, went through IVF to get here and are afraid of early labor/delivery and low-birth weight.

Thanks for the advice.
