Could I have allergies? Never did before but my ears, neck and arms are itchy like crazy. When I put Benadryl liquid on them it goes away but only for a short time. Then I thought poison ivy because I had red bumps on my neck and behind my ears. Now there gone but still itchy. Or could it be the sun? UGH, what helps?
