I need to lower my carbs and up my protein!
I'm eating about 2000 calories/day (trying to lose around 1 lb per week, am also breastfeeding twins)
Would love some lunch and snack ideas!
My breakfast is: 1 Trader Joe vanilla bean greek yogurt (130 calories) 1 banana (110 calories) 1 granola bar (80-100 calories) Americano with splash of soy and 2 tsp sugar (about 50 calories)
I need easy lunches/snacks for work!

Try using sandwich thins and bagel thins, that will lower your carbs a lot and they are delish! Deli turkey and chicken for lunch, canned tuna with relish, hummus and turkey with banana peppers.
I make a dish with tilapia, chicken or ground turkey almost every night for dinner. Try making chicken thighs, they have a ton more flavor.
Also, take leftovers to work with you!
