Caesar Salad
How do you make this????

I find most restaurants make it with romaine lettuce, croutons and parm cheese.
I make it with romaine lettuce and croutons but add tomatoes and cucumbers.
I also like a lot of black pepper on mine.
Were you planning on using pre-made caesar dressing or also looking for a homemade dressing?

Caesar Dressing:
1/4 cup (or 1/2 cup if you like it thicker) mayonnaise
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons anchovy paste
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano
Whisk together and adjust to your liking.
