Favorite Trader Joe finds?
What are your favorite trader joe items that help keep you on track?
Vanilla meringues (4 for 110 calories)
Cilantro jalapeno hummus (2 tbsp is 80 cals)
Dark & milk chocolate covered almonds (for a sweet treat! - 1/8 cup which is like 8 of them is 105 calories)
Honey wheat pretzels (10 for 110 calories)
Happy trekking trail mix (1/4 cup for 160 cals)
Vanilla bean greek nonfat yogurt (130 cal)
Valencia PB with roasted flaxseeds (1 tbsp is 100 cal)
ADD MORE! I love to try new things 
Not really into frozen foods though.

Have you tried the three layer hummos? Soooo good and I get their reduced guilt pita chips!! My all time fav snack

chicken pesto genovese
balsamic vegetables
natural peanut butter
i've heard amazing things about chocolate covered bananas, but they are never in stock when i go!

They have their own pirate booty thats like 2.5 cups for 200 calories
Frozen spinach and artichoke dip.
3 min brown rice. ( tastes really good)
frozen garlic ( i use all the time)
i use all there frozen veggies especially string beans , broccili flowerets , spinach, and asparagus .

I love the pulled BBQ chicken. Its great for lunch, I either put it in a wrap with spinach, or mixed greens, sliced tomato and a little bit of crumbled blue cheese. Or make a big salad out of it.
I love it so much,I've started to make it myself to save $$

TJ's Reduced Guilt Spinach and Kale greek yogurt dip!
So good! and it's only 30 calories and 2.5 g fat for 2 tbsp!

My husband LOVES the Reduced Guilt Sun Chips---they are tasty!
I love their guacamole, their unsweetened vanilla almond milk is delicious. Other than that I just get my produce there! BORING!
