Find me a gym!
Looking for something in the Sayville/Bayport/Oakdale area.
I checked out Eastern Athletics and didn't like the class schedule there - no cardio kick! I feel like there is nothing else - anyone know of any gyms in the area?

Wed at eastern is a great cardiovascular kick class and i love the shadowboxing class, it is all cardiovascular exercises and when it isn't too crowded you get to punch which is awesome...I joined this gym by default since my other gym closed and the instructor who does the boxing class went there...love that class, the gym is pretty good and the price works lol

Is Unique the one that used to be Sunrise Fitness? If so do you know what they charge?
I did not like EA when I went to go look there last week.
I used to go to Ultimate Fitness in Medford -- it wasn't bad and the price was good.

Is Unique the one that used to be Sunrise Fitness? If so do you know what they charge?
I did not like EA when I went to go look there last week.
I used to go to Ultimate Fitness in Medford -- it wasn't bad and the price was good.
Totally forgot unique took over sunrise, they're also I. Farmingville. The one on sunrise doesn't have classes or babysitting. I think they charge 15 or 20/month. Awesome equipment, all brand new, but I need childcare

Thanks (a little late I know). I am going to go in there this weekend. I didn't realize it was that inexpensive -- when it was Sunrise I paid $50 a month. I don't need classes or childcare so this is perfect!
