So I had started the day after easter (i think april 8th) and told myself i had 8 weeks to get into shape before a wedding and vacation (Wedding is this week, vacation is in 2 weeks!).
I lost 8.6 pounds...some inches (although i didn't measure myself i can tell when i put on clothes!) and overall i think i did pretty well. I worked out really hard, my eating was OK...i tried to be as good as possible.
I wanted to be down 15 pounds, but it's ok.
I HATE posting pics of myself..but here they are. I will take them down later. And once again, don't mind my ugly skivvies. LOL. I need to buy a ton of new sports bras/undies just haven't had the time to shop for myself!!
I didn't lose a size...but a 10 now fits looser rather than tighter which is a plus!!
-had to delete pics. didn't want them up anymore. I appreciate the words!! Trying hard to keep it up!!

I MIGHT actually wear a tankini on vacation..MIGHT. as opposed to covering myself up like usual!!  Now off to get some self tanner...lol

Bikini??? I don't want to frighten young children!!!!
LOL. Seriously...my stomach up close is pretty awful looking! The lighting with these pics are dim for a reason. But thanks for the nice words!!I really did work hard!!

Wow I can't believe how much of a difference I see with 8.6 lbs... that's amazing...I agree you can so wear a bikini!

Honestly I have to learn that #'s aren't everything. Because its amazing that pants are fitting me so much better...I am not in a size 8 yet, i would prob have to lose another 8 or so, but the inches have made all the difference.
I've been taking combat and body pump (weightlifting class at golds) and that has helped tone a bit. It's weird..I was running SO MUCH when i took the first pic (used to running 25 miles/week) and now i'm only running half that but adding in the weight lifting stuff is really really doing the trick. I'm going to keep it up!! I would love to have another 8 off!
