Just wanted to share...
I never thought I could ever get off carbs But I was diagnosed with insulin resistance and my DR said it was imperative to follow a low glycemic diet.
I've lost 5 lbs. since last Thursday. I haven't had a single carb or sugar craving. I'm eating healthier than I have in years and feel great. No cravings, no hunger headaches, no carb crashes, no sugar highs. It feels great! I highly recommend checking it out!

GREAT for you! My nutritionist has me on no refined carbs, no gluten and no dairy. It's only been 2 days and I feel better already. Hope the weight will start flying off of me too

I have type 1 diabetes- I try to aviod carbs- it makes me feel sooooo much better when I don't eat them and I take so much less insulin
once you start- you realize it's not so hard
I don't eat much dairy either- also very helpful

Good for you Can anyone share why dairy is bad for you? i eat a high protein yogurt for breakfast every day and thought it would be better than toast or cereal but now I am not so sure???
