Finally my boss sold his practice. I have been there for 20 yrs. I am getting nervous about my new boss. We have not sat down, to talk, he just knows I want more hours, and that he is having me stay on. So many changes and it is a fear of the unknown, like when will I get paid , what will my new hours be etc. Anyone have some words of advice to calm me down.
