lands end backpack
Ds has had his backpack for 2 years. It's a mess. Normal boy wear and tear. Is that about right?

Any holes? Rips? Zippers broken? If so, call them and they will replace.

Re: lands end backpack
I bring it back if it's threaded or torn.
They are the ones that guarantee the backpack for life. If you're not happy with it & have a receipt (I do e-receipts), head to Sears for the return or exchange.

No holes or rips, but the inside seams are stringy.

Yep, same here with the 2 my kids have. I keep cutting the strings because they would get stuck in the zipper a few times. But other than that, there are no rips or tears, so I will have them use them again next year.

Do you wash them? it's so dirty! I guess I have nothing to lose, if it breaks in the wash, I can bring it back - and I was going to buy another anyway
