Miracle Whip vs mayo
I'm making a taco dip that calls for 1/2 cup miracle whip. I bought the smallest jar for $4.49 but once I open it for the dip the rest will go to waste because we dont use miracle whip. Can I substitute mayo? It gets mixed with refried beans, sourcream avocado etc. Don't know if it'll change the flavor much.

Miracle Whip vs mayo
It may get runny. I really prefer Mayo, but MW holds it's shape better and keeps it thicker. It will change the flavor, buit not in such a drastic way you won't like it. I can taste the difference right away, but it's not just the flavor but the texture.
