I tried green tea. It didn't do anything for me. To conquer the CM issue, I had to buy Pre-seed lubricant.

Yes, green tea is good for you for a variety of reasons. It did help increase my CM a bit.
I was always willing to try any Chinese remedy. Chinese women have their own natural cures for infertility that are passed down from mother to daughter. I've never seen a Chinese woman in the RE office and well, they do have population issues.

I see Asian women at SIRM. SIRM encourages the use of alternative medicines and practices along with their modern approach.
My acupuncturist has me drinking green tea every day.

I tried green tea and never noticed any difference and I have trouble with my CM getting to the right consistency.
I do however notice a BIG difference with Robitussin - you end up taking 600 mg per day - two teaspoons 3 x a day.
Mucinex also has the same effect and has the active ingredient Guaifenesin -600 mg in one shot.
